TEAM BUILDING USING HUMOUR: 1 day.

No abseiling in the Lake District, walking across hot muffins or role-play. Well, a bit of mucking about, but this course is guaranteed free of humiliation or silly costumes. Team building with humour takes place at the client’s place of work (a meeting or boardroom is sufficient) unless otherwise specified. Room hire plus any staff, beverages or hired-in equipment is not included in the fee. Number of participants is restricted to 12. The course consists of three stages

INVESTIGATE
INSPIRE
INTEGRATE

We begin with a series of humour exercises designed to expose the existing group dynamics. A creative project is set in order to inspire the team to thrive individually and collectively. The facilitator will provide tips, tricks and moderation in order to achieve the desired outcome. The integration stage includes reflection on and analysis of what has been achieved, as well as suggestions for further improvement and how to continue to use humour in the workplace (as a force for good)
